A minor character from the short story [[Tales of Ravenloft: Dark Tryst]], [[Annelise]] is a member of the [[Vistani]] and [[Sergio's tribe]]. She was the mother of at least two children, one named [[Nicolai (Sergio's Tribe)|Nicolai]] and one newborn child at the time of the story. She was also friends with [[Marielle (Vistani)|Marielle]] prior to the latter's [[betrayal]]. As part of joining [[Damius' Tribe]], Marielle surreptitiously drew a drop of [[blood]] from the newborn infant using a barbed [[ring]]. The ultimate result was the child turning into a shriveled, blackened mess.
