Kerakin was an outlander necromancer drawn into the Mists for his plans of genocide against every living human in his homeland using an army of the undead. He is credited with the creation of the archer skeleton. His whereabouts are unknown, but knowledge of his creations has spread throughout the Land of Mists.[1]
