Plot Synopsis: Damius tempts Marielle into joining his tribe, but he claims they are cursed with the inability to sire children. For her to join his tribe, Marielle must betray her own people and prick the finger of her sister's child and deliver a tiny sample of its blood back to the tribe. Marielle succeeds, but she is later stoned to death by her own people by causing the death of the infant. Thereafter, she reanimates as one of the tribe she was trying to join.
