Cyrus Belview is an NPC from I6: Ravenloft and its subsequent remakes, including House of Strahd. He resides in Castle Ravenloft and is a servant of Strahd von Zarovich. Although certifiably mad and devoted to his lord and master, Cyrus is harmless, prone only to giggling fits.
