In Curse of Strahd, the Vistani camp near Vallaki is a permanent Vistanicamp. It is inhabited by clan of Vistani led by the brothers Arrigal and Luvash as well as their dusk elf allies. The Vistani have in fact been tasked by Strahd to make sure the dusk elves do stray from supervision or escape the domain. The camp consists of a hill surrounded by a clearing marked by a ring of small elven hovels. The Vistani vardoes ring the top of the terraced hill, and in the center there is a tent where Luvash and Arrigal reside.[1]
