Dom, the Jailor, is a half-ogre and the darklord of a domain that is a literal prison. Having been born in and indeed never having left the prison, Dom does his best to make sure nobody else leaves alive. The Mists always ensure he has new prisoners to victimize (both guilty and innocent), but he is cursed by dreams of an outside world that he is curious about but will never see.[1]
