Located on Finch Street near a slum in Paridon, Second Chance is a used clothing store. Charlie Windsor was the proprietor until he was murdered by his own scarf, which was actually a raiment. What became of the shop is unknown, though Charlie's death was ruled a suicide.[1] It is unknown if the store has more haunted clothing waiting to kill again.
