Once met by the Weathermay-Foxgrove Twins, the Laughing Pirate was an undead pirate captain whose Walking Dead subordinates would freeze at the sound of a ship's bell signaling an incoming fog.[1] The sounding of such a bell acted as an enragement allergen to the Pirate himself.[2]
In life, the Laughing Pirate sailed the Sea of Sorrows until fog caused him to crash into another ship.[2]
