A former professor of botany at the University of Dementlieu. Professor Thierry Cuvillier came to Markovia as part of the Nouvelle Ferme colony. He escaped the fate of his fellow colonists only by engaging Frantisek Markov in intellectual debate. Ever since, he has been a distinguished guest at Markov's Estate.[1]
