Here's how to add a picture to Mistipedia:
There's a link on the left side of the page that says "upload file". that will let you upload the file. (surprise!)
After it's uploaded, you'll need to link to it on the page you want to show it on. The main help page will show you the syntax for this and other common tasks. The Help link on the left side of the page should take you there.
