Holger Mindefisk is the husband of Rudella Mindefisk and foster father of the three Hags Laveeda, Leticia, and Lorinda of Tepest. He never wanted to have daughters, feeling them too much of a burden to be helpful on the farm. When the three sisters were delivered to Rudella, he was naturally disturbed. After Rudella's death from sickness, Holger tried to get rid of the sisters several times, but they always came back.
