Lord Pallignay Ogfenhauer is the appointed mayor and arbiter of law of the hamlet of Toldun on the island of Vin'Ejal. He was a well-known general before he retired to live in Toldun.^[1]. As the father of Dillura Ogfenhauer^[2], Lord Pallignay is the grandfather of Benada Nameless. She greatly admires him and does not wish to disrupt his rule for now.^[3]
