Madame Zulmira is the seer for the Vistani tribe that took in Tanya until they traveled to Skald. Zulmira treated Tanya well and even gave her a magic powder to use on any of those she trusted becoming abusive towards her. Tanya later used it on Dmitri, unwittingly killing him. Tanya had been used as a pawn to get revenge on Dmitri for his past transgressions against them.[1]
