De'rah is described by Dr. Van Richten as a priest, wanderer, medium, and foreigner. She interrogated the mummy Huseh Kah on the origins of the ancient dead, and it told her it was because of the machinations of Anhktepot. De'rah left her Journal of De'rah to Van Richten before vanishing without a trace..[1]
