Darkonian legend holds that Wormschild was an archmage who lived during the Arcane Age. He supposedly had a citadel that was at the heart of Sidnar.[1] Neither Wormschild nor his citadel are still extant today, but what happened to them is unknown. However, the Brooding Bridge is said to be the only intact vestige of his old citadel.[2] Many townsfolk of Sidnar believe there is more to Wormchild's citadel buried beneath the streets, and the lower passages of the Star Spire are said to connect to the hidden vaults of Wormschild's citadel.[3]
