Considered a d'Honaire Family heirloom, it was once owned by Maurice d'Honaire, and now it is owned by Celeste d'Honaire-Loverde. When activated by a person skilled in Hypnosis, the bauble places a weak charm effect on both the subject and the user of the item.[1]
