The adventure features a werewolf as the suspect in a murder mystery on a sternwheeler (the S.S. Bonniville)[1], cruising along the coast of the Sea of Sorrows in 748 BC. The werewolf is Yvonne Depardieu, but her twin sister Antoinette Depardieu, a normal human, but her twin sister is helping Yvonne conceal her nature.[1]
If taking place in Ravenloft, the adventure features Dr. Rudolph van Richten[2] as with the adventures in Chilling Tales. It may also be converted easily to Masque of the Red Death.[1]
Trivia: This adventure was written to be included in Chilling Tales, but instead found its way to Dungeon Magazine due to size considerations.
