Virisa is taken by the Mists after Lord Willem Ducas murders and eats his parents.[3]- Against the family's wishes, Angelique d'Honaire weds Betrand Shroeder. Claude d'Honaire flies in a rage and puts a bounty on their heads. The pair receive passage to Martira Bay, but they mysteriously disappear along the way.[4] Their fate has yet to be determined, but some possibilities have been suggested.[5]
