In the 3rd Edition version of version of the Masque of the Red Death setting, Neferi is the raunie who led her Vistani tribe from the Land of Mists to Gothic Earth (more specifically, Ancient Egypt). Her tale has been forgotten by most Vistani[1] (It is not mentioned whether she is deceased or if she has some extraordinary means of extending her life (such as the non-linear time of the Zarovan.)
