In 646 BC[1][2], Morgoroth the Black felt the Evil within him awaken after killing the paladin Lambert. He kidnapped Aurora Shadowborn. When the Order of the Circle attempted to intervene, but they were all murdered or disappeared entirely. Following this mass murder, Morgoroth and Tergeron Manor, and the Phantasmal Forest* were taken by the Mists as Avonleigh formed into a domain.[3]
