The Emperor of I'Cath was the ruler of I'Cath on the Prime Material World of Kara-Tur. However, such was the dread power of Tsien Chiang that even the Emperor trembled before her. Yet she never struck him down for her clan's oath was of loyalty. However, when he attempted to interrupt the blasphemous torture of her daughter, Nightingale, Tsien Chiang broke her oath and struck him down..[1]
