Soth Fails His Final Test

In 720 BC just after Lord Soth killed Ganelon but prior to the formation of Sithicus, Soth was given one final chance at redemption. At the Misty Border at the time, the Mists took Soth to what seemed like his burnt out throneroom in Dargaard Keep. There he came face to face with Isolde Denissa (or some copy thereof) and his his idealized, mortal self. Tasked by his ideal self to repent to the gods of Krynn, Soth instead struck down Isolde and then attacked his uncorrupted reflection.

As the pair fought, Peradur, or an adult reflection thereof, saved his mother and put her into a slumber of healing. Although Isolde's reflection was saved, Peradur sacrifice himself to keep the finishing blow from killing the ideal Soth. Thus striking down his own son, Soth failed his test and became darklord of Sithicus.
