Leisl swore off thievery in order to become a vampire hunter alongside Sasha Petrovich.[4] She later entered Castle Ravenloft with Sasha and Jander Sunstar to destroy Count Strahd von Zarovich in 499 BC. They were unsuccessful in destroying him[5], but Strahd was wounded and fell into hibernation for a time.[6] Leisl and Sasha went onto Vallaki to rebuild the Cult of the Morninglord, Martyn the Mad having died earlier.
