The Bloody Cobbler was a mysterious creature that roamed Sithicus. He was known to graft the skin from the soles of those who died with unfinished business onto those without purpose, mystically transferring that purpose in the process. [1] He is revealed to have been a manifestation of Lord Soth's son, Peradur, along with the Whispering Beast; the two merge to take Peradur's shape in Isolde's arms during the Hour of Screaming Shadows.[2]
