Marcus Ruscheider is the son of Dr. Harmon Ruscheider and a resident of Ludendort. He called the Weathermay-Foxgrove Twins for help in dealing with the Telling Man, though they were unable to capture him. An acquaintance of Marcus, Ursula Viller, became one of the Telling Man's victims.[1]
