Ungrad is a small town located within Valachan. The town has a rural feel to it, and its citizens are friendly. Ungrad is the town furthest south and away from Castle Pantara, though of all the cities the people of Ungrad hold Baron Urik von Kharkov closest to their hearts. This is perhaps because neither the Black Leopards nor Lady Adeline maintain much of a presence within the town. Instead, a Dementlieuse physician named Dr. Despini-Hoyer collects taxes and performs their other duties for them in the town. Supposedly, she is an expert on the White Fever and she runs a clinic specifically to treat the infected. In reality, like the rest of the perpetrators of the White Fever hoax, she is a nosferatu sipping on the blood of her gracious patients.[1]
