Father Lambrecht is a Black Crusade character. A Frenchman and Catholic priest, Father Lambrecht was one of the pilgrims sent by the pope to Jerusalem. He wielded a mace if forced to defend himself, something which came up as he investigated and seemingly sought to end a plague that seemed to afflict both the invading crusaders, defending Saracen warriors, and even innocent peasant with a violent, giggling madness. He enlisted the aid of Diederic de Wyndt in his quest after the latter rescued him.[1] In reality, he simply sought to gather the remains of the Laginate Grimoire and was willing to sacrifice Diederic's life as well as those of his fellow Crusaders, or even murder- such as in the case of Baron Joris van den Felle, to get what he wanted. However, he was foiled by Diederic[2]
