The Empyrean Basilica, also called the Holy Basilica, is the seat of spiritual authority for the Empyrean Church of Malosia. It consists of a huge temple complex with tens of adjacent, connected buildings, built upon Scions Mount in the center of Caercaelum. Though it is within the capital of Malosia, the Basilica itself holds a greater number of people than many towns. A magnificent, almost impossibly large dome of gold rises above the center signifying the glorious sun of the faith's God.[1]
