In the Fate of John Diamante dread possibility, Scarebraech is a remote and backward Island of Terror that was in its false history ravaged by magical disasters and wars. In response, populace has vowed see the utter destruction of all mages and everything written. The darklord of the place is John Diamante, whom seeks to preserve the abundance of esoteric knowledge of arcane magic and other lore left behind. John direly wishes to give the knowledge he's found in Scarebraech to the Fraternity, for he feels it of the utmost importance to their mission of taking over the Land of Mists.
