Accessible from Orașnou through a path in the Svalich Woods, Fidatov Manor was the home of Lady Marilena Fidatov and her household. The Manor and all its inhabitants became cursed after Lady Vidatov was poisoned by Burgomaster Ivan Randovich. Lady Fidatov called out to Dark Powers to ensure no one else benefited from the Manor or its wealth. In response, the Dark Powers unleashed a vicious curse forcing an endless cycle of normality by day and horror by night. During the day, the inhabitants of the manor repeated the day before the curse took place, whereas by night they would transform into horrible undead or wererats. The manor itself became pristine by day but fell into a decayed state by night. Only the eternal destruction of Lady Fidatov released the manor and its inhabitants from the curse. The manor no longer becomes pristine by day but instead remains in its decayed state.[1]

The crypt beneath the manor hid most of Lady Fidatov's wealth, which could only be reached by gathering the proper family crests. Even then, the treasure likely remains cursed, causing a savage affliction to come upon greedy thieves that make off with it.[2]
