The Living Spell template is unusual in that it is a template that is applied to a spell to create a Living Spell of the ooze type. The template can be applied to any arcane spell or divine spell that has an area of effect or creates an effect, save for effects that are already creatures, such as most summoning spells. The alignment of a creature made with this template is always neutral, modified by the alignment of the original spell's spell descriptor. Size, CR, and many of the other creature's game statistics are based upon the original spell's level and caster level.[1]
