He strikes from ambush, usually preventing anyone from getting a good look at him. He seems to strike lonely, mentally distressed victims, who somehow recover from their suffering shortly after their attacks. However, this relief lasts shortly, for the desires and feelings repressed by the attack soon manifest unconsciously through mental disorders such as alternate personalities. Wily Clubber's former victims may even go so far as to become copycats.[1]
Wily Clubber seems to be based off of Little Boy Slugger from Paranoia Agent.
