Nizwar is a village along the Chakor River in Pharazia.[1] Its location makes it a convenient stop for travellers from Phiraz who wish to reach Zayawa or even the High Cliff Fortress.[2]
The emir of Nizwar is Taaj al-Riaz, an outlander goblin. Although the Nizwari worship the Lawgiver, of course, the emir's mother, Nasifa al-Riaz, leads the village in spirit worship such as she practiced in her homeworld.[1]
