The Red Robin is a bar and tavern in Toyalis that doesn't appear to attract the most trustworthy or tight-lipped of clients. Kagliara, the captain of the watch, seems to make a point of visiting the establishment when searching for wanted criminals. Andreas work here as a barkeep and is a perhaps a little too eager to co-operate with law enforcement officials.
