WIKISEED FROM CATALOGUE : Formerly part of the Vistani(Please edit freely, then remove this note and WIKISEED label)
The Skurra are Vistani who are members of Carnival. They make use of painted magical masks to protected themselves against the Twisting. A prerequisiste of this protection is that they never speak. Madame Fortune speaks for the Skurra, but is not counted among them, having renounced the use of the protective magic and having succumbed volontarily to the Twisting.
