Welcome to Mistipedia's Help Page.
We know this can all be a little intimidating, learning a whole new formatting language. It is to all of us, but we can take it one step at a time and learn together. If all else fails and you can't figure something out, google "mediawiki" and whatever you're trying to do, and hopefully somewhere out there are instructions.
