Lord Pallignay Ogfenhauer is the appointed mayor and arbiter of law of the hamlet of Toldun on the island of Vin'Ejal. He was a well-known general before he retired to live in Toldun.[1]. He is the grandfather of Bernada Nameless. She greatly admires him and does not wish to disrupt his rule for now.[2]
