Allandra is a beautiful half-elven thief who cares for nothing beyond her own wealthfare. In 738 BC Emil Bollenbach replaced her deformed foot in return for her agreeing to help kidnap Dr. Rudolph van Richten. Her partners in this crime were Amir, Jody, Magee, Pasquale and Tamara. Allandra has a rope of entanglement.
