Kin-nectar is the vampire's concept for the blood of one vampire drank by another vampire. The practice of drinking the blood of other vampires instead of the living is avoided by most vampires because it creates an uneasy (to the vampire) telepathic bond between the drinker and the victim. However, drinking the blood of another vampire can grant the bloodrinker control over its victim for a time.[1]
