Residence of Tarnos Shadowcloak and one of the few static spots in Vechor. It has two portals in the form of doors, one going to the Umbral Curtain (where Ravenloft borders the Plane of Shadow) and one as a mistway to the City of Nod in the Nightmare Lands called the Sleep of Reason. The latter Tarnos did not create or intend for it to be there. He keeps the door usually closed. However, he will sometimes keep his door to the Umbral Curtain open, which lets in the occasional shadow creature in.[1]
