Garth and Barth seem to be a two-headed giant-sized human, but they are in truth an exceptionally short ettin Doctor Bailey McGuinnis found in the mountains of North Carolina. He is now a performer in the Doctor Bailey McGuinnis's Traveling Marvels[1]
