The Chekivs family rules the Pommel Duchy. It is located in southern Nova Vaasa. Its eastern limit is the Nocturnal Sea and, to the south, the Mists. A line extended along the northern border of Hazlan to the sea marks its northern border. Its western limit is the eastern Hazlani border and, to the south, the Mists. Its southern border is likewise the Mists. The Ivlis Duchy of the Rivtoff family lies to the north. Arbora is under the sway of the Chekivs.
