Clan Karkar is a clan of sombre, robe-clad gnomes living in the Midnith Market. Known for the quality of their weaponsmithing, they ask as part of the payment for their services a few pints of blood. This ultimately goes to feed Malthus Karkar, an ancient Gnomish Vampire whom secretly lords over his living descendants and feeds off their blood as well.[1]
