The Weathermay-Foxgrove Twins researched the Rider's origins and determined he was in life a ranger whose daughter fell victim to rape and murder by an heir to the Ulthewe family. Correctly reasoning the Rider held a connection to the daughter's grave, the Twins ambushed the Rider there and killed him for good.[1]
