Karangu is both a volcanic peak in Markovia's western mountains and a very small community of gorilla-folk broken ones living upon that peak. The leader of Karangu (the community) is a Greater Broken One calling herself the Gorilla Queen. She occasionally sacrifices captured prisoners within the caldera of Karangu (the volcano).[1]
