Creation concerns the birth of worlds and of their inhabitants. It is generally consider to be the providence of the gods. The creation of lands is the providence of the Dark Powers within the Demi-Plane of Dread. The creation, or attempted creation, by mortals of life itself, is hubris and a transgression.
