Gremishka can be very commonly encountered in the domain of Forlorn[1][2]. In fact, these malicious beasts are one of the most frequently encountered monsters there. The druids of Forlorn speak of them as the descendants of the domestic animals of Forfar when it first entered Ravenloft.[2]
