The father of Pierre Spandeaux and the husband of Michelle Spandeaux was a small-time cutpurse who resided in Ste. Ronges. He sacrificed his life to save his son from a massive rat attack. Despite Pierre's sacrifice, Pierre was left horribly scarred by the experience.[1]
