Elizabeth Hilltop (alias: The Mouse is a Darkonian halfling cat burglar whom dwells on a tiny island called the Mousehole off of the coast of Nova Vaasa]. She has a reputation for being able to get through any barriers to purloin what she wishes on the Nocturnal Sea, though she mostly targets those whom would pray on the common folk of Nova Vaasa. She fancies herself as their champion, proverbially stealing from the rich and giving the poor.[1]
