Old Makhluf

This mad and senile aged man was ostensibly a Pharazian wizard at some point. He mumbles incoherently, trying to recreate a lost spell, but usually has no luck. (If he ever succeeded, it is unknown what would happen.) Still, he seems a magnet for weirdness, and it's not good to keep him around dead bodies.
